Mainz striker Jean-Philippe Mateta has arrived in London and will undergo a medical tomorrow morning at Crystal Palace. The move will be an 18-month loan deal for a fee of €3m with an obligation to buy for €15m if and when Mateta has started 15 Premier League games.
