Mikel Arteta has officially confirmed Arsenal have signed a young talent.

The highly-rated defender has joined the Gunners from Hertha Berlin, and has already trained with Arsenal's Under-23s.

Arteta was asked about the new signing, which went under the radar, in his Thursday press conference, ahead of Arsenal's clash with Newcastle.
